Chicken Foil Dinner
1 boneless chicken breast per scout
1 medium potato per scout
1 large carrot per scout
1 large onion
Thinly slice potato, carrot and onion. Sprinkle seasonings on chicken. On a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, layer onion, chicken, potato, carrot and onion. Fold foil over and seal. Place on hot coals and cook for 20-30 minutes until meat and vegetables are cooked. Be sure to put the onion against both sides of the foil to prevent burning.
